2003 Murcielago 40th Anniversary Edition 2003 :This year, to celebrate Lamborghini's 40th Anniversary, the House of the Raging Bull is offering a special, limited edition series of its supercar Murciélago. The Sant'Agata factory is upholding the Lamborghini tradition by continuing the Limited Edition Series. After the Countach 25th anniversary edition launched in 1988 and the Diablo SE launched in 1993, Automobili Lamborghini is about to launch the Murciélago 40th Anniversary Edition. A limited amount of 50 numbered cars will be produced in 2003 which will be sold predominantly in Europe, the United States and Japan.
